Is it better to do front or back handsprings?
Which one is the best and easier to do?

Whwn was the first olympics held?
back handsprings are easier to do. your legs are already designed to bend in a way that provides much more height in your jump going backward (allowing for more time to complete the rotation onto your hands). going forward, your arms have to do more work in the "spring" part since your legs provide more forward motion going that direction than vertical.standing back handsprings are easier than standing front handsprings, however if a round-off is performed after a short sprint, a back handspring becomes even easier.
