Shore fishing spot light?
When i was younger i was night fishing at a lake and observed a older fellow with what looked like a spotlight mounted on a pole and it was shining in the water about 30 feet out in the water he was catching fish left and right ,im a shore fisherman do you have any idea how to set this rig up
