I have a Colt 22cal rifle. How can I get more info on the rifle?

The rifle is silver or chrome in color. It is loaded from the right side.

Could be a Colteer or Lightning model, or some other model.
Do a search for those to see if you find some pics that look like yours.

Google "Colt rifles", or take it to a dealer. Note the make/model usually stamped on the barrel. You could also check one of the myriad of gun books out on the market, some of which are probably in the library.
