How do you skin a coyote?

We are going to hunt coyotes and we were going to get skins and hang them up in a cabin of ours and we wanted to know how to skin a coyote

You hang both hind feet up.
Cut a circle pattern under the rope around it's leg. Then you do the same thing on the other leg.

Cut from that circle in the inner part of the leg to the butt on both hind legs. To get the tail you slice from the bottom side tip of the tail down to the butt.

Now pull the skin down from the original cut down to the waste. You might have to use your knife to help seperate the meat from the skin.

Then you pull the sking down some more. Make sure you are grabbing where the skin meets the muscle when you are pulling.

Now you should be at the front shoulders. Work the front legs By cutting a ring around the feet and then from that ring to the pit of the front leg. Then you work the front legs. The you keep going down till the skin is completely off.

Then you preserve the skin, stretch it out and cut it for a spread.

I think he left too much leg on the carcuss.
He kept the tail intact by cutting the base of the tail.
He decapitated it and you don't need too.
