What a good 870 express recoil pad for a wood stock?

The R3 recoil pad and any of the limbsaver precision/prefit recoil pads will not fit on the 870 express wood stock. Has anyone else run into this problem and what did you use?

i got a padded boot that slips over the end of the stock. any good gun shop will carry them.
