trampolines are awsome i would definatly recomend one but u really got to be carefull on it because although they are awsome they really can cause damage if you fall off i broke my leg wen i fell off one but i still love them i go on them all the time still but they re great you should get one also theyre a great work out 240 mins on it and im nackered.
