Where can I buy a lightweight cheap tarpaulin for camping. new or second hand?

Need something to put over a hammock. Must be completely waterproof and lightweight, as I have to carry it all day long in my rucksack. Size approx 4mtrs x 4mtrs. Don't want to pay a lot as I probably won't use it for long.
