How do you take the forearm off of a Winchester 94 30-30?
Yes and no. You can certainly go to an auction site like www.gunbroker.com or www.auctionarms.com and select a shotgun (or any of the other weapons available). You would send the seller your money along with a copy of your local dealer's Federal Firearm License. The seller then sends the gun to your dealer. Once there you fill out the federal documents, produce identification, undergo a background check and whatever other hoops your local community has you jump through, and you pick up your new shotgun. If you buy a gun on-line, you may not have the weapon shipped directly to you.
YES, you can buy online, but the seller must recieve a copy of a federal fireams licensee before shipping the weapon. This license tells the seller that the dealer they ship the weapon to will do a BATF background check on you before releasing the weapon . Some dealers will charge a fee of $15-30
Only if you are a Licensed Dealer or Collector. The collector's license (Curio & Relic) allow you to buy weapons that are 50 + years old that have special historic significance. Both Licenses are issued at the federal level. If you do not have a license you can buy on line and have it shipped to a dealer and go through the normal background check and paperwork before you can take it home.
