Anybody know of any good camping sites in Northern Wisconsin?

I've applied for permits in two States: Tennessee, and Florida.

The Tennessee permit took just over three weeks to arrive, after I completed and sent in the paperwork.

The Florida permit took just under two months.

My favorite gun in my collection is a Kimber Ultra Eclipse. It's short and thin, making it easy to conceal. It holds eight rounds of .45 ACP. It's accurate, and the single action trigger is a joy to touch off. Last, but not least, it's got a gorgeous finish.

However, the gun that I carry most often is a Springfield Armory XD45--sometimes in a 5" barrel, sometimes in a 4". The XD is also a .45 caliber pistol, but significantly larger than the svelte Kimber. On the plus side, though, it holds 14 rounds. The frame is polymer, and the the slide is either stainless steel or melonite (I own two of them), which is a very durable, corrosion-resistant finish. When I carry the XD, I don't worry about it getting wet, either from sweat, or from water. In the winter, I can shoot it more confidently while wearing gloves, because of the longer "double-action" trigger pull, and larger trigger guard. Normally, this pistol is difficult to conceal. However, I have a very athletic build (chest is 18" larger than my waist), so I can hide it easily while wearing a belt holster (Blackhawk SERPA Carbon) under an untucked shirt. Having it in a belt holster makes it easier to access than the Kimber, which is carried in an inside-waistband holster.

What is the best way to Fish for Fluke?

It depends on what state you live in. My mom got a CCP this past year and it seemed to take forever. After you go through certification and your classes, it has to be approved and your criminal records are pulled in case of a felony (which would prevent you from owning a gun in most states). It was only supposed to take 4-6 weeks to receive her license but took 7 weeks to receive it. It took her 3 months total

You will learn all the places where you can't take your handgun in your classes, such as courthouses, parades, etc.

How would a beginner go about playing professional paintball?

In Alabama, it took ten minutes, because the Sheriff's clerk was on the telephone when I walked in the office.

In Mississippi, it takes 6 months for a first license. Renewals take only the amount of time to wait in line, get fingerprinted, and the new license photo taken.

Price guide for my ATV?

It did not take long at all. I live in WI, witch does not have CC but enrolled in a MN class which lasted 8hrs on a Sat. At the class it is mostly all the legal stuff and then a few actual hand gun shooting drills. When you complete the class you will get a certificate of completion. Then bring that to any sheriffs department in MN and fill out the form and pay the fee. All together after the class i had my permit in about 1 month. Then with my MN permit i was able to obtain a NH permit.
*** far as the favorite handgun I would have to go with the Springfield Armory XD sub compact 9mm. It is light weight and easy to conceal. And when you buy it new, most of them come with a holster and mag belt clip.

Is a longboard skateboard good for a person just starting out skating?...Not for tricks, but just to ride.?

Ditto dext64, my first class was in 1999 then once again 2001 and at time of expiration I took my third class for a multiple State permit witch is good for 5 years.

I used my Glock G35 the first time and my G23 the second time but the multiple state I once again used my favorite 40 cal. The G35.

A quick breakdown of class room information: General knowledge of handguns.."Revolver & Pistol", Gun laws & legal stuff, Open Q&A. Time about 8 hours and a little over an hour of range time. At the range we shot with out strong hand, 1 and 2 hand hold, different positions, distance from 7ft. out to 25 yards (indoor range by the way), shooting with your off hand and even with the LIGHTS OUT! Those of use who passed received a certificate witch was submitted to our local Police Dept., There you fill out a fourm, become finger printed and a photograph is taken. Then a 1 month background investigation and if no problems you'll receive your permit.

You must be 21 or older to take this "Conceal Carry Weapons" permit course.
