Rent - you might not enjoy it, and it's helpful to learn something about the activity before you start spending money on equipment.Who sells saiga rifles the cheepest?
You should rent the first couple of times, you can rent at the resort or go to a pro shop and rent for the season. Keep in mind no one is any good the first time they go out, take it easy and defiantly get a lesson. Buy used equipment if you decide to really get into it. A used set up will run around $300, where new could easily get to $600. Do some research on the equipment and dont be fooled by fancy graphics. Remember its fun!Buy your own boots but rent the board and bindings. Try a big board and a small board, get an idea of what you like before you buy. Rental boots suck and they are gross.
