What are the most easyist mushroom to find?
well i have ben wanting to look for mushrooms but i dont want to kill my liver i live in the northwest we have a relly big yard that i look around in but i cant find any the only mushroom i have found was growing on a tree it was flat and it was in the woods is that a good place to look.SO PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP.

With mushrooms, there's a danger of getting poisoned, so I would not take anyone's advice on here. You need to get a really good field guidebook. Preferably with someone to show you how to use it.If you are looking for the magic variety though, those are easy to find. They always grow smack dab in the middle of a pile of cow dung. Seriously! They taste like crap too (surprise surprise).

Morals are the safe ones to identify and to eat. Non other looks like it. (Looks like a mans sex organ when growing) soak in salt water slice thin and dip in milk and then in flour and fry. THey are great and very safe. Mostly grows in old wooded moist areas early spring and occasional in the late fall in the same place.
