This is a question for gun enthusiasts.?

Its probably an issue with breathing. It has to do with taking breaths, say, every two steps. When you exhale and step at the same time its a lot of impact on your body. If you switch to a 3(in) - 2(out) breathing pattern you should notice a difference right away!

Depends on if you're just doing this for the first time or haven't done it in a while. You're body is asymetrical, thats what facillitates motion so when you introduce a healthy type of trauma, if I can say that, the morphology is kind of working against itself in a way, toward a good end.

Runner's World has a good article on determining if it is a side stitch, a stomach ache or something else. See http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,50... for the article.

If you are a relatively new runner, or have recently increased your mileage, it is most likely it is a side stitch. You can get rid of these by changing the way you breathe while you run. Make sure you are breathing from the diaphragm instead of breathing shallowly.

If it hurts on the left side, exhale when your right foot hits the ground. Of course, if it hurts on the right side, exhale when your left foot hits the ground.

The good news is that if you are a new runner, it will go away as your fitness improves.

Hope that helps and keep running!

What is the ideal outboard engine capacity for a 300 kg boat?

Hmmm. When I was in Cross Country many many years ago. My coach said it was from drinking too much water. I think she said it had something to do with the pancreas or diaphragm...? i remember her saying to move your arm around like a propeller on the side you felt the strain or cramp. i think she also said it was from running too fast and brathing too fast. does it feel like trapped air in your side? that's what it felt like with me. i think when i drank water too much or too quickly, i inhaled alot of air.possibly.

Think it has to do with Lactic Acid acumulation, just like in muscle cramps, give it a try and search for it.
