Well both brands are good for sport atvs, I like honda over yamaha but a yamaha blaster would be a good size for you to learn on and they're wicked fast for a 200cc 2 stroke, faster than a 80cc raptor, and you can upgrade it by simply changing the air filter, removing restrictor plate and adding an aftermarket pipe and silencer and rejetting it. Can get a new one for around $2000 easily and add the aftermarket parts for another $500-$800 depending on what you got and if you had it installed or did it yourself. Or a honda 250 would be good to, better to grow into, I had one for the longest time, got it when I was 17 and just got ride of it a couple years ago to get a 450r. Being an 11 year old, you should probably get a Yamaha Raptor 80 which is about $2600, or the Honda TRX 90EX which is about $2800. If you're experienced you might be able to get the Honda TRX 250 for about $3500. If this is your first quad get the 80 or 90, but if you know what you're doing then you should get the 250 (you have to know how to shift, clutch, and so on).
