Ant advise b4 i play my first paintball tournament?
ive played paintball 4 a while but its been mostly on my buddies property. this will b my first game played on an actual field. its 3on3 so is thr ne use 4 a frontman and a backman?

you need practice. i hope when you played on your buddys field his field had a good air bunker set up. playing air ball is a different sport then playing any other type of paintball, especially if your just messing around with your buddies. i played woods ball for about 2 years, than spent about 600 on new equipment once i started playing airball. you must have good equipment, it wont be worth it to go out and get dominated. i hope you have a high end electronic marker with high pressure air. your also going to need electronic hoppers, and most of all, you need to have a harness. you must have atleast enough paintballs for about 3 hoppers full. no use for a front man or back man. you from man will get shot and your backman will get cornered. naturally you guys will be in different positions in the fron or back of the field. if you want to win, take it seriously. I have been playing for about 6 years, and play against Dynasty weekly. Dont be surprised when the guys you play have the best equipment. Lots of people you play will have the top of the line equipment, and it IS a big advantage, next to experience.What are the Centerfire Rifle (bolt action) ammo sizes?
Not reallyRemember to keep your back to the obstacles. Don't risk getting shot from behind.
Also, make sure where your teammates are. It really sucks if you shoot your team mate.

If you want to not get welts, wear a wet suit under your clothing...If you want to hurt your buddies try freezing the balls.
Don't get shot, and don't be an idiot and freeze the balls. You will kill someone. It hurts bad enough when they are partially liquid, I would imagine they are lethal as a solid.

not on 3 on 3 but heres some advice. i have played on actual fields for years. first go to a back bunker and observe the movements of the opponents for a minite. then advance when you can and shoot when youre advancing. just dont blindfire. once you know where the opponent is shoot. also make up some sort of code so that you opponent will have a hard time figureing out what you and your teammates are talking aboutMore Questions & Answers...
