How do you go about climbing Mt. Everest?
I a serious, I would take a year to train and where to go and how much...I want to know it all....

This isn't a light undertaking, I'd suggest take more then 1 year to prepare, or else you will need a hefty check book to pay for the team of Sherpas dragging your carcass to the top.
One step at a time. You need to be joining climbing clubs and climbing easier mountains to get the experience and skills. Hit all of Colorado's 14ers with a group of experienced climbers and then re-consider the question.
How stiff and how long should a good lasso lariet be?
well it's easy you go up and don't stop till you can't go any higher... then come back down...I am getting a Crosman Powermaster 66 .177 airsoft gun.?
Very carefully-and with an experienced climberChances are that if you have no mountaineering experience it will take you more then a year to train. You will need to do several smaller mountains in order to learn the technique and get used to being roped up on a mountain. Climbs of Everest are done out of China and Nepal, but all of the guided trips you would be interested in would leave from Nepal. Depending on the guide you choose the cost will be around $50,000. A couple guides that come to mind include http://www.alpineascents.com and www.mountainguides.com. A google search should turn up a lot more.
