Rear tip of the arrow on Top or Below the nock,?

Rear tip of the arrow on Top or Below the nock, or is it better alignment to have it below because the eyes are above the nock, or is it just personal preferrences?

Frontside flips?!?!?

The arrow nock below is the standard, but personal preferences can rule in this matter.
So it’s your choice.
I use under with my bow release and it seem to work out the best for me.

Just make sure the arrow is squared for what ever position you decide to use.
If you use above and it is squared for below, it will throw off your bow tune and there by affecting performance and accuracy.

Most people nock the arrow below the nocking point on the string but as long as you do it the same way every time it won't matter if you place the arrow above or below.

How do you remove skateboard bearings?

Below is the norm. it all depends how you have it set up. but most bow shop will set it up with the nock on top. then you can use your release below the arrow and helps hold the arrow against the nock
