Northface tent question with floor plan?
Question:I just bought a floorplan for my new tent. Does the floorplan go inside or outide the tent. In otherwords, should i put the floorplan down first on the ground, then the tent on top. Or should i put the tent down first, and then put the floorplan inside of the tent.

It's called a footprint, and it should go underneath your tent. It's to help keep your tent newer, longer by sparing it from rocks and things. You must be talking about a ground sheet,and if your then it goes underneath the tent.Allow up 4 to 6 inches smaller than the tent bottom all around so that rain wont flow off the tent unto the ground sheet and form a pool or pools under your tent.Note you may have to do some folding to get size desired.More Questions & Answers...
