The effective range of the 9mm round is about 50 yards, the maximum range you can acheive any accuracy with this gun will be around 100 yards.Most shooters are rarely effective with a handgun past 25 yards. If you are using the gun for self defense, I would not bother shooting practicing beyond 25 yards as the need to engage a target at that range would be a very highly unlikely scenario.
Most self defense shootings take place inside of 21 feet and many even much closer than that.
Of course, accuracy at distance will be determined by the type of ammo and field conditions as well.
