Who makes a quality low budget ar 15?

Does any body own a 1250 auto switch blade from smith and wesson? if so what do you think about it?

If you hunt around for a while you can usually find a good deal on any brand, except Colt. Considering they don't cost more than any other quality AR I think Sabre Defence is the best b/c they have vanadium barrels. Check the auction sites and the Shotgun News.

Does anyone live in or have extensive knowledge about the Wrightwood CA area?

Seriously, if you want a great low cost AR type firearm, your best bet would be to build it yourself, if you want a collapsable stock, order a complete lower with stock already installed, have it shipped to your local gunshop and do your FFL transfer paperwork there, a complete lower is probably better for a beginner simply because all the internals are already installed, you could buy a stripped lower and build it any way you wanted, ie: different spring, recoil damper instead of recoil spring, combat trigger, custom trigger, target trigger etc. Once you have your lower, you can buy most any kind of upper you want, and have it shipped directly to your house, only the receiver is registered and has to have an FFL transfer, uppers are not registered.Olympic makes some really cost effective alternatives to high end barrels and uppers. I'd recommend a chrome lined barrel and breach regardless of what upper configuration you decide on ie: A1,A2,A3, A4, long barrel, carbine length, bull barrel, fluted barrel, etcetc. If you can get a free float stainless match barrel, do it.You may spend around 600-700 to build a great rifle, or between 450-600 bucks to build a good plinker. If you start with a really good lower, and get an elcheapo upper, you can shoot the cheap upper while saving for a better upper, at least you'll have something to shoot while you figure out what you like, what you don't like, and build another upper accordingly.

What is the best way to get a girl to let you go fishing for the entire day?

Maybe Hesse or Olympia? I believe they are assemblers. Colt, Bushmaster, and Armalite will cost you due to inhaouse manufacture of receivers.
