Help with ollies?

Question:i can ollie pretty high stationary, pop-shuvit...
when ever i try to ollie moving i go about two inches up and back down. when ever i try to ollie higher than that the skateboard just flies out in front of me. i want to ollie bigger gaps but my ollie sucks when i ride.
