If you're in the Los Angeles area (LAX) you can go to Redondo Beach, King Harbor, Fishing Charters available, not sure about diving. About 45 minutes South of that is San Pedro, 22nd. St. Landing, Fishing and Diving Charters. Another 2 hours South of that is San Diego, Point Loma, Fishing and Diving Charters available. About 2 Hours North of Los Angeles is Ventura County.
