i dont think you can go shark fishing in washington state through any charter company. i know that westport charters (the biggest ocean fishing company) only does bottomfish, tuna, halibut, and salmon fishing. you should try finding a private boat owner that will take you, or take a vacation to florida cuz i know there is shark fishing there!!
