Skateboard kickflip?
hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me on my kickflips. here is a video link to it from youtube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=whyz8_lsczu.. i think my problem is that i flick before the board gets off the ground so it doesn't get any air. but this is almost impossible for me to change so i was wondering if my correction is wrong or if anyone else has suggestions. i can ollie over two feet also while riding. thanks so much guys. it really means a lot to me because ive been trying so hard but i just dont seem to get it. = / please try to be as detailed as you guys can. thanks so much!!

It sounds gay, but thats how i landed my first kickflip off of a ledge.
Now, for some reason youtube doesnt work on my computer but i think i can help you.
when you kickflip, try not having your foot way over on the edge of the board. Then, instead of just flicking your foot, actually drag like an ollie.
Except, when you drag for a kickflip, drag ant an angle so you are dragging, but at the same time your dragging toward the edge of the board.
Now, when your foot leaves the board, since its dragging, it'll have more of a flick giving it the full rotation, and also giving you enough air to land the rotation.

Hey I see your problem,A good way to learn this trick is to visulise yourself landing this trick, it helps your confidence and your knowledge on how to do it. Just remember this is a hard trick and takes time to master, If this didnt help, watch other people do it or go on youtube i think u need a little bit more flick in your flicks. The better you have that rolling flick the better the board will flip and also give the board time to flip so you have time to spot the griptape and land it clean.

once, you ollie up, kick your board hard.Is there hollow point ammo for the Mossberg Model 88?
place your feet like an ollie, then pop the board with your back foot but dont move it and kick your front foot diagonal off the side of the board, this should start the initial flip of the board. Bring your front foot back on the board, and your back foot will naturally catch the board. Stay above the board and watch for the grip tape to come round. catch the board and then try to land on the bolts.More Questions & Answers...
