Pistol accessories?
i am 20 years old and i just got a new pistol for christmas. i want to buy a new clip for it, but in the state i live in you must be 21 to purchase a pistol or ammo. i was wondering if anyone knew whether or not i can legally buy one myself. thanks!

You need to put that pistol away until you are 21, otherwise you are begging for huge legal trouble. All you need is to be on the way to the range and get pulled over, the only driver in the car...Now, if you're looking for a magazine to put away with your pistol...there are many websites which you can order from. I recommend that you wait until you are 21.If you could not have purchased the pistol (that you now have), then it's probably not legal for you to have received it from someone either. That's called a "straw man" purchase.
I would recommend that you lock up the pistol until you are 21 to avoid any legal issues for yourself or the purchaser.
Start saving up for ammunition purchases and looking for places to buy it online.

Yes you can buy one. I do want to reiterate a point stated earlier. Call it a magazine. People will think you are an idiot if you say clip. I know this sounds like a stupid point (because it is) but some people are just anal about terms.You can order magazines online or go to a gunstore.

i'am 19 and i owned a pistol. where i live, montana you can posses and transport a handgun at 18 by yourself. i don't think they care if you buy a magazine at a store. just you have to be 21 to buy pistol and pistol ammo. i would try gun shows and online stores. heck even try ebay i found clip for my pistol on there. i was suprise at gun shows. i bought 500 40S&W at gun show and they didn't even id me.
