Is there a different name for Roller Blades without straight wheels? Suggestions on any good quality Blades?

Question:I'm talking about the rollerblades that have a sort of Criss-Cross with the wheels. I've used them once, and found that they handled a lot easier.

If this question can't be answered, could anyone at least give me the names of some good skates that handle well? I'm sick of the normal plastic ones that slide all over the place.
