On a hoyt bow with a draw wieght of 50 to 60 pounds how light can i make the draw wieght be on the bow?

50 lbs - thats the range the manufacturer sets for the bow. Anything lower than their specs and you are playing with fire.If its tuned down to 40 lbs then you run the risk of the limbs unseating from the riser brakets when you shoot. Keep it at 50 lbs and practice until that weight is comfortable.
