The Best Air Rifle Pellet?

NO!!
It will eat the piston seal in the gun, then you're screwed.
The only way to lube the spring is to tear down the gun.
You'll need a spring compressor for that and you'll need
moly for the spring. It also sounds like you don't know much about tearing down a spring gun, so if I were you, I'd send the gun out to a airgun smith for this. You just don't take it apart.

What one shot gun would you buy if you were using it for dove, turkey, and skeet? Mostly dove and turkey.?

I would not recommend it if there are any rubber seals or parts that are in the action. WD-40 does weaken rubber.
