Has anyone got info on Camp Shands. Its a Boy Scout camp in north Florida.?

To replace the butt stock you unscrew the two phillips screws holding the butt pad and then with a long flat head or socket you remove the long bolt holding the stock in place. To put the new one just do the reverse.

Remove the buttplate screws and remove buttplate.
Then all you need is a long-shafted regular screwdriver to remove the stock screw.
If you don't have a long enough screwdriver, try using a butter knife and turning it with needle-nosed pliers.
(that's what I have resorted to on a couple of occasions when couldn't find my long screwdriver at the moment!)

Or

If you want to do it quickly use and axe and split it off.
