Sorry for changing my answer again....looks like to buy quantity ammo you need to be a licensed dealer. I suggest you call a few dealers in your area and find one agreeable to buying a case or two and selling you smaller quantities. with the number of Mosins out there, he's sure to have customers for that ammo.
