James River Fishing Pier?
I want to go fishing on the pier this weekend. I can't find much info on the pier nor get an answer on the phone from anyone. Just a few questions. Are they open all night yet? If not when can I go night fishing? Also, do you need a fishing license to fish from the pier? and what is the price to get on? any other info you would like to give is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
