I had the same problem last year during the Grand Slam. We found a place up past Manly called Harbourd Diggers, a big RSL type club. They had a live feed from an Irish International Sports broadcaster satellite channel called Setanta. If you are local to that way or want to travel to Harbourd, they have the game on at 2am Monday morning, with a late license running if you want some liquid refreshments. Give them a call 02 9938 1444.From memory when I was looking for the GS games there were a few other pubs in Sydney that had this Setanta channel, inner city and out west. Cant recall, but if you do a search you should get a few hits.
I know rugbyheaven.com has live scoring updates for the Aussie tour, however, not sure if Fairfax will stretch it that far to accommodate the All Blacks games though.
