Rugby has positions for people of all sizes. For example, I'm 6', 225 lbs, I play outside center, on my team, we have people ranging from about 5'7", 150 lbs all the way up to 6'6", 280lbs. There is definitely room for every body type to be able to play.Which one your fav. sport rugby or soccer?

The captian of the women's rugby team at my college has very close to those measurements, and several other members of the team are similar. I don't think body shape is a significant factor in playing ability.she could play effectively,

I dont think i will take the bait on this one ...
any body type can play rugby. Im 6'0 and "big boned" ha ha and then the littlest girl on our team is probably 90 lbs soaking wet and less than 5'0 tall... wish i could put a picture on here... its funny. I had to tackle her ina 7's tourney and i jsut put her gently down on my stomach... we were all just laughing.
