England are in a rebuilding phase after their fantastic World Cup win. Most of that team were at the top end of their careers when they retired which has left a bit of a gap for the newbies to catch up. I hope Mr Andrew does the business and shakes them up a bit. I think after the World Cup it seems to me all they thought they had to do was turn up and they would win. England should have the best pool of players to draw from out of all the home teams. Someone has to set up a programme where there is a constant supply of new exciting talent coming through. It would improve competition for team places which hopefully would have a knock on effect on standards. If England raise the bar, then it may well have a knock on effect on the other Seven Nations as their standards would have to improve to beat them.Who throttled Ronan O'Gara on Saturday?
