American Football is the second Ultimate Contest of Male Dominance but Rugby is the Supreme Contest of it. Lacrosse ?? just a bunch of guys with their sticks like hockey. The answer is all of the above! ;) Some players are really serious about the sport and love it, for others it's a social club like a basketball league or softball league (only much more challenging). Either way, there is a great amount of commradery in the sport of rugby. In every sport there are the men who only care about getting pissed after the match and getting into girls' pants. It's not only rugby.you must watch the wrong games it not like the girls who play football and fall over their shoe laces and go off crying

I would go for ultimate contest! I don't understand how anyone can prefer American Football, Rugby is a much faster and tougher sport!I do think it a good contest of male dominance, but surely in the sporting world, boxing is the only pure contest. Having said that, boxing does often find its way onto the field in rugby (or street-fighting, not really boxing boxing).
