My time is slower than last year?!?


ok so last year i was like pretty ok in track right? well now, i cant do long jump, and all my times r slower. i need help fast also we're going to washington d.c. for a class trip and we're going to eat mcdonalds like everyday and i cant do that cuz i have to stay in shape! plzzzz help me!

it's ok. just keep training hard and try to improve your speed. you may have just had a bad start to the season, but you still have a chance to improve. when you go to mcdonalds, choose a healthier option, like salad.

Daily Jogs. Go on tredmill and run a mile increse your speed and decrese the amount of times you stopeveryday. Bring some healthy stuff on the trips and then get maybe get the apple dippers !

pack ur own snacks then like nutrituion bars,and lean cuisenes u can heat in the microwave,run alot and keep ur cell with u since u might get lost.
