I'm not going to go to some center and have all those tests done, I just want to know if there is a way to find it using my track times. I don't care if it's exact, i just want to get a relatively accurate number. I'm 16 and I run a mile in 4:54 and an 800 in 2:14.

Should i wear a hat during the afternoon run in the sun ..? and should i wear track pants in the afternoon ??
The most accurate way to do it is to go to a center and go through the full test. I did that as part of a class here in college and ended up having a 74 which is high for a college athlete...75 and higher is what most elite runners do and Prefontaine I believe was marked at 84. There is a walk test that you can do. You essentially racewalk a mile as fast as you can and get your heart rate immediately after you finish the race. This is called the Rockport One Mile Walk Test. It is used by people who don't want to go to a clinic and get tested but still get a general idea of their MAX VO2. Hope it helps. Below is a link to a site that automatically does the calculations for you.
