Shaky after a long run.?


What are some ideas aside from low blood sugar and my epinephrine inhaler that may explain why I feel shaky about 15 minutes after a 4 mile + run?

it could be that you are lacking energy. see a doctor to find out if you are fit to running. you may also try eating well a pound of c-h-o rich food few hours before running.

Is having a nasal allergie is a barriar in running?

an hour before your run you should have500 ml of water in you ... also dont go running on an empty stomach have something to eat an hour before nothing to heavy justa light snack..so uve got sumtin in ur stomach. thats all i can think of

Try a Power Bar, Clif Bar or your energy bar of choice and 8-12 ounces of water 1/2 hour before running more than a few miles. Then drink water and eat some sort of carbs (bananas work for me) within 1/2 hour after running. Should do the trick. Works for me.
