Any ideas for improving starts in a 60m, 100m, or 200m at?

It is more important that they enjoy running at this age. Make practice fun or they won't continue to compete. Practice running form so they stand up straight, keep their elbows at 90 degrees, swing the arms front to back and not across the body. Run in a straight line and not weave. Most important stay in their lanes. The biggest problem I see with kids this age is they can not stay in their lane and don't remember what lane they started in at the finish line so it is difficult to figure out their times.

Can somebody advice me how to improve my 3000m Steeplchase?

for track?

if so.

im on a track team. start by having them run a mile to warm up them stretch, anfter that have then practice form bringing there arm staraight back and kicking there legs. practice breathing patterns, then make them run difrent distance sprinting.
