I am runner who has run a 4:20 mile ; I want to lower to 4:00?
I have 11 days to make this goal and I am losing weight like crazy !

I found that eating alot of pasta the night before I ran helped me out. I never ran 4 minutes though! usually 7well i run like a 4:57 and i would never even think about losing weight to decrease my mile time, if its that important to you then u should know because to get down to 4:20 u must have done something special, so i guess just keep doin what ur doin and it would help if u would give me a couple hints on how to run a lil quicker :)

You need to be realistic. It is not possible to improve your pr by :20 in 11 days for the mile. Losing weight is not going to help, but it might hurt you. You are planning to go from 1:05 laps to 1:00 laps and do this for 4 laps. Get a grip.More Questions & Answers...
