2day at my track practice my coach said I need 2 work on my form does any1 hav any ideas on how I should improve my form?

Run relaxed. Stand up straight. Do not lean back or forward. Let your shoulders sag down, do not hold them up. Keep your elbows at 90 degrees. Your arms swing straight front to back, not across your body. When running keep your toes up in a dorsiflexed position, that is do not point them down or out to the front. Your foot should strike the ground in a pawing motion on the balls of your feet, coming rearward at the same speed you are going forward. Your stride is lengthened behind you, not in front of you. The foot should impact the ground only slightly in front of your center of gravity, but since you are moving forward it does not feel like it is in front of you. Your body will have a little forward lean but you should not feel like you are leaning forward. If you feel you are leaning forward you are too far. The important thing is to remain relaxed while maintaining speed. Keep your hands and arms relaxed. Never make a fist or clench your hands or teeth. stride is the key thing to runningwhen u run try to make your stride far apart without tiring yourself down too much
when you reach about halfway from the finish it should turn into a dash and sprint your way to the finish line
