How do I wash my Adidas A3 gigarides? Please help...?

I wore them for running 2 times and I got splashes of mud on them. I usually never had to buy nice running shoes but my shinsplints really got bad and I needed to cough up the dough for quality.

splashes of mud are going to get on their anyway there for running! ther ment 2 endure it! but i spose like most trainers they can go in the washing machine or just get the mud off with water. i leave them usually as i dont see the point but yes wash them i spose
