What is the best type of Polar sports watch for running? Can you give the model number too.?
Usually the rules are the same regarding behaviour, sign ins, weigh ins etc. There is although a max spike length that you can use so make sure you have that size or you will not be able to use them.Obviously the races are shorter so the cut in area/lap for will be inmplemented. The 400m is different from outdoor because you have to go 2 laps and able to cut in,instead of like outdoors where it's one lap in your lane all the way, all distance races 800M+ will again have a different cut in area/lap than outdoors.
You also cannot go on the in-field as the sprints/hurdles/jumps and maybe throws will all be there so watch out and do not get in the way or you could be run over, hit with a shot or screw up someones run up.
Have fun, enjoy
How can I get a 6 minute mile, stanima and endurence, and become a faster sprinter?
A lot of indoor tracks have specific rules about spikes, some don't even allow them. If you can't wear spikes make sure you wear a shoe without a plastic plate so you won't slip, I've seen it many times, it can ruin a race. Additionally, many of the indoor tracks are smaller.More Questions & Answers...
