Nike+ Moire running shoes?
Question:Does any1 have the Ipod ready Nike+ Moire running shoes? I was wondering if they were worth the money and how good of a RUNNING shoe it is rather than its capability to sync with an ipod and its other tech features--can anybody give me a review on the SHOE itself (whether it has good traction, width, balance, flexibility, comfort, etc.).
Much appreciated. Thanks.

Any ideas for improving starts in a 60m, 100m, or 200m at?
The Nike+ system related to the shoe just means that there's a recess in the midsole, under the liner, to fit the little transducer. You don't need that recessed location to use the Nike+ system. The tranducer can be attached to your shoe laces, too. You're much better off finding the best shoe for your own feet, rather than going for some gimic. Visit a good running shoe store and get them to analyse your running form, and your old running shoes. That'll get you the best shoe for you. If it happens that your best shoe is a NIke with the recessed space for the transducer, that's fine, but don't make that your primary reason for buying the shoe, or you could end up with knee pain, shin splints, plantar issue, and/or blisters.
The Nike+ system is a combination of the transducer that attaches to your shoe, a receiver, which attaches to your iPod Nano, and the iPod Nano itself. The shoe is just another accessory. You don't need the shoe.

They are not worth the money. They are really uncomfortable.More Questions & Answers...
