Wear your normal underwear under them... that way you can wear them more than once without them getting all grimy... if ya know what i mean!

Generally, no.

If there is any chafing, you can use Body Glide. The shorts should give you plenty of support. If you are comfortable, and your fellas are happy, go sans underwear.
