What are those guys who run in the city doing acrobatics called. and how do i become one?

Like in that one commercial where they are running up and down stairs and flipping over things, its all in like an urban setting. Ive always wanted to do someone like that. How would i prepare? is it legal? and how would i go about getting a job. I guess you could call it stuntman, but this is a little more refined.

Triple Jump or Long Jump tips?

What you are looking at is Parkour. As far as I know it is legal as long as you don't disrupt anything or anyone. Since it is very entertaining to watch I'm sure you could fashion a business with a parkour club but I wouldn't be able to tell you how to begin. For parkour, you got to be really in-shape, flexible and able to take a beating. Start with some gymnastics and vaulting training for balance and flips and such. Martial arts is good too. Do a lot of running for endurance and do so in areas with a lot of debris so you can practice dodging and moving. Try also trails and bush-bashing for uneven surfaces and more stuff to vault and flip over. Keep lots of Tiger balm around and have fun.
