If you only do aerobics and no weight lifting.. you might tend to lose the belly, but it will be easy to gain it once you slack off for a few weeks.. in the other hand if you do aerobics and weightlifting.. after you lose the belly, you will need to party a lot (double of what you party on december) to gain the belly fat. No but seriously... it'll take longer to regain the belly fat, which is good because you dont want it back, but the perfect thing would be to make excercise a part of your lifestyle. Ok for Aerobics you can do, Tae Bo kind of workout, shadowboxing, running, situps and jogging. For weight lifting, well, you might want to buy some dumbells, but if its not possible for you to buy them... you can get creative... like I used to get 2 gallons of water and use them for dumbells.. but you can also use your own body as weights. (excercises such as situps, pullups, etc. I suggest you do some research on the type of excercises best for you, but one thing you have to include is Aerobics and weight. alternate like one day do aerobics, and the other do weights and so on.. take sundays off... but the important thing is to establish a routine and stick to it

First of all I like this question, I ask myself this question every day and I have tried many things.
Including starving myself...NOT DOING THAT AGAIN!
To the person that said the girl was not right about being able to run and still eat whatever you want, she was right for the most part because if you exercise you can eat your desires.
I wouldn't suggest eating fast food (fatty foods) all the time but if you are running a lot you can afford to treat yourself but first don't touch it for a while so you won't crave it anymore...that crap is like a drug
I don't like to run but I do like getting a personal trainer in the beginning to jump start me then when I become an addict I drop the trainer and do my workout on my own because I am hooked. Also, classes are a ton of fun like spin cycle class and kick boxing. All will get you in top shape once you loose the fat then really hit those ab classes and do abs every other day to get that belly in hot shape.
