Also, as we have heard in the news, some supplements may contain things which actually harm the body if taken long term. In the end the only thing enhanced is the athlete's ego, and the supplement manufacturer's bank account.
Do the right thing - keep your body healthy - eat right, train hard, and compete the best you can.
