I'm planning on running the half marathon in September in Chicago. Looking for training schedule.?

I am giving birth at the end of Feb so I am assuming training can't start until some time after that. Maybe 6-8 weeks after? I really want to lose the baby weight and start enjoying running. I don't need to win the race, just complete it.

Should the Boston Marathon been held today?

i gave birth end of feb (2004) and started working out again in june. it took awhile to get back into it but if you are already a runner, i'm sure you will find it not too bad. i would join a running clinic and do it with them. they will provide you with all the tools you'll need.
good luck.

ps. i'm running my first half marathon this may.
