What size spikes do a Asics Hyper MD track cleat have?

These being the ones that come with it not any interchangeable ones I know that but I want to know the size of spike that come with them..

The Asics Hyper-MD comes with 3/16" pyramids. Most track spikes do, since that length is almost universally acceptable on tracks and allows you flexibility to do many different events.

Most spikes come with 1/4" but are changeable. You can buy replacements on line or at most sporting good stores
