What's the positives and negatives to wearing a weight vest while running?

3rd place is fantastic. But you have to remember that the point of racing is not always to win, but to accomplish a sense of satisfaction. The guys that win the race all the time are always trying to improve, and there is always room for improvement. You should be paying less attention to the place you finish in and more attention to the times your finishing in. Just because you took 3rd doesnt mean you ran a bad race, you could have just ran the race of your life. Think about it, you could take third in the world or third in your city... they are the same place, but much different times. So next time you go out there and race, remember what you ran the last time and try to improve it by as much as possible.
